Delete your account and data

Delete your account directly in the app

If you have aerius installed, you can delete your account and all associated data yourself:

• Open aerius and sign in.
• Go to Account → "Data & account" → "Delete account".
• Confirm the deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot delete the account yourself, email us at info@aerius-app.com with the subject "Account deletion". Please write from the email address you used to register your aerius account so we can identify it.

What data is deleted

We delete your account and its associated data, including: email address, username, profile picture, your drops, statuses, group chats, chat messages, ratings, friendships, blocks, reports you submitted, and push tokens. Images in the related storage are removed as well.

Timeframe

When you delete in the app, the data is removed immediately. For an email request, we delete your account and associated data without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
